In case you don’t have access to computers/ telephones, you can pay a visit to any of the DLR offices. They do have courtesy computers and telephones which you can make use of to file your claims. Staff there will be willing to help you with everything, so ideally this is your best option if you are differently abled or challenged in any way. All local DLR offices are open to special and challenged people and the staff there will only be eager to help you with the filing process.
