Idaho UI benefit phone representatives

The Idaho UI claims call center assists individuals who need help with their unemployment insurance claims. Call center representatives are available to answer questions about eligibility requirements, weekly certifications, calculating benefits, payment status, and any other issues related to unemployment benefits. They can also provide technical support for accessing the online claimant portal, and help with resetting passwords or updating personal information.

The UI claims call center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.

It’s important to note that you cannot file your initial application for Idaho unemployment insurance or your weekly certifications by phone—you will need to use the iUS claimant portal.
